Dartmoor Centre for CounsellingPsychotherapy
The company Directors Sue Gandy and Ken Rabone established the Dartmoor Centre in 2008 with a desire to make counselling training as affordable as possible and to provide affordable counselling to those in the community who might not otherwise be able to access a service. We care passionately about supporting and empowering people to live healthy, happy, productive lives. Our Commitment has always been to keep the community at the heart of all that we do. Our success is measured by the positive changes our students and clients see in themselves and in their lives. The Centre is an organisational member of the National Counselling Society and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
SafeSpaceforCounselling
Began as a youth work counselling project in 1999. Space has since evolved to become the training, supervision and consultancy practice of its Director Ken Rabone. Space and its associates continue to provide counselling services in schools and support young people in a range of youth and adult settings. Space has a particular interest in supporting people with special educational needs and disabilities. Safe Space for Counselling is both an organisational member of the National Counselling Society and has been an organisational member of BACP since 1999.
