About me

Taking the first step toward improving your emotional and physical health and well-being is a big step and I am glad you are here. My name is Tania and I am a licensed clinical therapist. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals in clinical, inpatient, outpatient, and educational environments. My 25 years of experience spans a diverse array of populations. I am fortunate to work with adults navigating life transitions such as parenthood, midlife, the empty nest years, and becoming caregivers for aging parents.
I provide support and tools for adults to help manage depression, anxiety, parenting, relationships, caregiving, and grief. My approach begins by meeting you where you are and offering empathic listening, guidance, and useful strategies to help improve emotional health. I look forward to meeting you!
